Teachers Experience Coordinator – POPS Owned & Operated Channels

POPS Kids Learn is a leading innovative & interactive learning platform for kids in Vietnam, providing diversified, safe and curated contents to kids. We are in partnerships with trusted educational services companies as well as individual trainers to bring kids interactive and engaging online classes.

POPS Kids Learn is looking for an ideal candidate to support partnering teachers with on-boarding and to ensure that the teaching curriculum is in line with the quality standards of POPS, providing our end users the best possible learning experience on the platform.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle recruitment of the teachers according to requirements defined by the company: identify pools of potential teachers to recruit, engage with teaching communities and maintain the company image. Approach interested teachers and present the partnership model. Follow up on the necessary paperwork and conduct background checks.
• Coordinate new teacher orientation, training in POPS Kids Learn policies and procedures for beginning teachers.
• Monitor the classes to review the curriculum and teaching program, ensure the teaching curriculum is in line with the quality standard of POPS. Advise the teacher to adjust the program for improvement if necessary.
• Consolidate the teacher reports and prepare the report for each student after the course (1 month/ 3 months or more).
• Advise teachers how to apply the feature into their teaching plan and use the learning platform (ClassIn) efficiently.
• Collecting reports and analyzing comments from parents, making suggestions on how to improve the teaching program.
• Prepare course descriptions based on the information from teachers/ schools.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team on Marketing materials needed for the courses.
• Other tasks are assigned by the Line Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Good mastery of both Vietnamese & English
• Must have experience (3 years) in educational services and/or online EdTech platforms
• Good time management & problem solving mindset
• Able to do multitasking yet focus on quality of deliverables
• Being both individual contributor and team player
• Ability to manage diversity, experience with international environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience as a teacher is a plus.
