Senior Research Engineer (Ai/Ml) – POPS Owned & Operated Channels

SUMARRY

As an AI/ML Research Engineer, you will help us to create SMART platforms across all our products and contents. You will plan, implement, evaluate and select state-of-the-art models which allow the system to deliver the right products/contents to the right person.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research, design, develop machine learning and deep learning systems which are scalable and reliable.
• Running machine learning tests and experiments
• Perform AI model optimization and model compression.
• Understanding business objectives and developing models that help to archive them, along with metrics to track their progress.
• Collaborate with the Product Team and apply scientists to build successful products.
• Frequently review relevant Machine Learning papers to keep up to date with new ideas/methods
• Lead and mentor junior researchers in the team

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A solid foundation on machine learning and deep learning
• At least 2+ years experience in AI researcher
• Hands-on experience with deep learning toolkits such as TensorFlow, Torch or Keras Experience in Python (preferred) and/or C++
• B.Sc degree in computer science or related fields
• Ability to work independently without supervision (set up tasks, targets and milestones)
• Eagerness to go above and beyond the assigned tasks to help bring about a better product and service
• Ability to see ahead when it comes to system design
• Willingness to see things from the end-users’ perspective
• Not being afraid to break and start over from scratch
• Able to share positive feedback and help the team grow
