Senior marketing execution, kids education – POPS Owned & Operated Channels

The focus of this role is to execute current channels, establish new channels, and work with Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing on top-of-funnel growth, with Product, Tech and Operation on Middle-Bottom-of-funnel growth. You will combine deep customer insights, marketing fundamentals, and technical digital marketing skills to lead acquisition, conversion and retention marketing campaigns.


  • Work with performance marketing team to oversee campaign management and in-depth analytics of lifetime value, customer acquisition cost and return on ad spend
  • Own the online & offline channel mix
  • Own budget and performance (e.g., ROAS) across paid social, search, affiliate, sponsored content, and email channels, with a focus on Facebook and Google AdWords
  • Guide a team and partner agencies, overseeing campaign management and in-depth analytics of lifetime value, customer acquisition cost and return on ad spend.
  • Experiment and establish new acquisition – conversion – retention channels and go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to build out marketing tech stack to support analytics, attribution, predicted LTV, and automation
  • Running integrated marketing campaigns on paid channels
  • Partner with Product on conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments
  • Provide guidance and input to Creative team (e.g., designers, copywriters) deliverables including images, videos, and copy
  • Support brand campaign


  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from a recognizable university
  • Excellent English, both verbally & written.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in social media and content marketing. Experience working for well-known e-commerce will be an advantage.
  • Experience in education or marketing to parents
  • Being passionate about content and digital media.
  • Being a creative story teller, with a commercial-oriented mindset
  • Have an eye for good design. Able to guide designers via specific briefs and requirements
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Being highly logical & structured in thoughts and communication
  • Being able to read and comprehend insights from data and make decisions based on that
  • Being confident with communication skills and show an ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization
