Build up the process & policy and also follow up from planning to execution
Given that this is the new brand that does not have the history, we need to develop the structure & process. Thus, ABM will build & develop the process under supervision of Deputy Brand Manager.
ABM will follow up from planning until execution and build the archieve and also integrate them in the form that allows easier follow up by the team
Under supervision of Deputy Brand Manager, following up with other departments on assignment’s timing and progress
Under supervision of Deputy Brand Manager, maintaining effective working relationships with cross-functional team and contribute to identify issues, propose solutions and take part in projects to increase efficiency of cross-functional team
Assist Deputy Brand Manager to collaborate with agencies for the development of strong activation of plan ranging from adminstrations lead, monitor and execute, related to contract, budget monitor, payment
Assist Deputy Brand Manager to work on analysis and data supplement to define brand portfolio, distribution, price and plan and strategy
Under supervision of Deputy Brand Manager, manages small innovation projects or clearly defined sections of bigger project
Analyze the market and competitors to have good decision for Brand
Under supervision of Deputy Brand Manager, execute analysis and periodical reviews of the brand and own. Monitoring trends, market data and competitor’s activity
Monitor competitors and market actively, proactively propose thoughts on short&long term action to protect, grow share and equity. Regularly reading researches and observe market movement to assess new consumer trends & product opportunities.
Sales & Stock Management
Under supervsion of Deputy Brand Manager to build & implement sales plans, policies, procedures, and practices to meet requirements of short and long-term business objectives and needs in terms of sales target
Working with and negotiate with partners s to have the best sales programs
Handling all distributor/ retailers orders as well as constructively handle and supervise their complaints related to products, services, and promotion programs
Stock management: order list, forecasting, ensuring inventory stays healthy to minimize the expired products

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Excellent oral and written communication in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software
Bachelor’s degree (Business or MKT preferred)
5 years experience in Sales and MKT role in multinational FMCG companies. (Preferred shampoo products)
Experienced in agile working environment and entrepreneurship, knowledgeable in portfolio marketing (Brand portfolio management, pricing, market analysis, consumer insights use and innovate)
Brand launch experience & experience in commercial marketing is a plus
Familiar with facebook account operations, campaign operations, working with cross-functionality and budget monitoring
Ability to adapt quickly to change, proactive, motivated and have positive attitude.
