Build process, standardize processes and all documents template – sample
Identify quality goals based on project scope and objectives
Develop test plan and carry out user acceptance testing, integration testing, and API testing across the platform
Specify technical implementation and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with engineering team members to deliver features, troubleshoot issues and fix bugs
Evaluate and maintain existing manual and automated test cases & procedures
Interpret test results and prepare comprehensive test reports

Lead a team of 5-10 Quality Control engineers
Satisfaction of external clients with the quality of delivery and services

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar degree
At least 5 years working as a QC Engineer
Expertise in writing test plans, use cases, and documentation
Experience with automation testing using Junit, Selenium, JIRA, Git
Extreme focus on client experience, usability, and quality
Relentless drive to outpace developers in the never-ending quest for 100% test coverage
Potential to quickly develop expertise in any part of our tech stack where you have limited experience
Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of initiative complete your profile.
