MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Under supervision of Brand Manager, work on analysis to define brand portfolio, marketing plan, communication, distribution and price strategy for monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Implement new product launches, setup plan for launching and maintaining while closely cooperating with internal team and external agencies.
Monitoring competitors and observe market dynamics actively. Proactively propose thoughts on short term and long term action to protect business and grow market share.
Capable of managing the facebook account and create the contents that reflect brand identity.
Manage day-to-day activities of the brand to ensure that strategies are executed on time and effectively. This includes leading, monitoring and executing related to contract, payment, budget and monitor, etc.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Excellent oral and written communication in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software
Bachelor’s degree (MKT preferred)
3 years experience in MKT role in multinational FMCG companies. (Preferred shampoo products)
Experienced in agile working environment and entrepreneurship, knowledgeable in portfolio marketing (Brand portfolio management, pricing, market analysis, consumer insights) use and innovate);
Brand launch experience & experience in commercial marketing is a plus.
Familiar with facebook account operations, campaign operations, working with cross-functionality and budget monitoring
Ability to adapt quickly to change, proactive, motivated and have positive attitude.
